Purpose Statement
The goal of our web page and research was to show how indecisive the Bible is when it comes to the topic of revenge. We hoped to be able to show through specific passages that the Bible seems to be both for and against revenge. In order to do this we looked through the Bible to find specific stories in which revenge is talked about, and interpret them. Overall we hoped to prove a point through the Bible, by interpreting and teaching the messages within some of its' books. With the web page we chose to not only interpret and explain Bible passages, but to use Internet links to talk about modern examples of revenge in our society. By doing this we want to allow the people viewing the web page to make up their own mind about the idea of seeking revenge on others.
